The district is pushing a goal of 45 minutes per week on Online Lessons in ELA and 45 minutes per week in Math to close the gaps found in the diagnostic. Math and ELA are providing some of that time during the week, but not all.

WHAT ARE WE LEARNING: Adobe Photoshop
WHY IS IT IMPORTANT: Adobe Photoshop, computer application software used to edit and manipulate digital images. Photoshop was developed in 1987 by the American brothers Thomas and John Knoll, who sold the distribution license to Adobe Systems Incorporated in 1988.
HOW WILL MY TEACHER KNOW WHAT I LEARNED: You will practice different tools and techniques and gradually show your success!

What is Photoshop Trolling?
A designer claims to “fix” people's photos, and their requests are pretty standard, like removing the hair from someone's face. Designer then fulfills their requests, but it's just not in the way you'd expect. They'll often interpret their directions literally, which results in images that are as funny as they are bizarre!

Ninja Kitty...
If a photo of a ninja cat shows up online, you can bet your lucky stars that it will escalate into an epic Photoshop competition online.
And that’s exactly what happened here.
Now download Ninja Kitty!
Click the Ps Image on the left!
Then open in Photoshop!
Quick Tip! After you click the download button, notice on the top right corner the download should appear...simply click the file to open!
SAVE (as) YOUR DOCUMENT!
Shortcut: Shift + Ctrl + S
(or File: SAVE AS)
Save to YOUR COMPUTER!
Click the Save on Your Computer button
On the left click THIS PC
Select Desktop
Select Arts and Media Folder
Name the document:
"First Name Last Name KITTY"
Click SAVE
This time...
Use the OBJECT SELECTION TOOL to mask the kitty!
Follow the same instructions as the Girl Sleeping (Friday) and put Ninja Kitty in a new setting!
Press Ctrl + S to SAVE!!! Do this often!
