The district is pushing a goal of 45 minutes per week on Online Lessons in ELA and 45 minutes per week in Math to close the gaps found in the diagnostic. Math and ELA are providing some of that time during the week, but not all.

Let's create a new project in RUSH
Premiere Rush
If you have not begun!
Click the button to get the files (from last week) and start...you are behind!!!
Open Premiere Rush
Click on the First Name Last Name YMCA project
Adding the lyrics
Click the T on the right and click + Add Graphic
Now...
On the left, select the Title with the text at the bottom
Click ADD
Tip! You can close the Graphics box on the left and right to see more image area!
Go to the Lyrics down below and SELECT the first lyric...
Copy the line (Ctrl + C)
Go back to RUSH
Select the Select the SUBTITLE
Click DELETE on your keyboard...we won't need this!
Select the TITLE (triple click)
Paste (ctrl + V) ...the lyrics should be there!
Adjust the text!
If you need to click the T icon on the right to open the text dialog box.
With the Text selected,
Reduce the font size
Add a Text Shadow
Pull the BASELINE SHIFT LEFT to being the text to the bottom of the screen
Adjust the text length!
Pull the handle left to adjust the length of the text to match the length of the photo!
Duplicating text!
Right click the text you just created and select Duplicate
Move the duplicated text...
Click and pull the duplicated text behind the previous text but over the next photo!
Go to the Lyrics down below and SELECT the next lyric under the next image...
Copy the line (Ctrl + C)
Go back to RUSH
Select the TEXT over the image (triple click)
Paste (ctrl + V) ...the lyrics should be there!
You should NOT have to adjust the text now...just adjust the length of the text to match the image!
Continue with the remainder of the song
Duplicate the text
Move the text over the next image behind the previous text
Go and copy and paste the next lyric line
Adjust the lyrics/text length to match the image and so on!
